Prakticky nev\u00edme, co jsou to probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9, co bydl\u00ed n\u011bkde jinde.Ka\u017ed\u00fd ale nemus\u00ed m\u00edt takov\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na solidn\u00edho spr\u00e1vce. N\u011bkde si mohou lid\u00e9 navz\u00e1jem vj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt do vlas\u016f, nejsou schopni se dohodnout na rozumn\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u010di kompromisu a to se pak m\u016f\u017ee prom\u00edtnout i do mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f. N\u011bkoho to dokonce m\u016f\u017ee tak otr\u00e1vit, \u017ee se rad\u011bji odst\u011bhuje. Existuje v\u0161ak \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, a sice mo\u017enost oslovit profesion\u00e1ln\u00edho spr\u00e1vce. Spr\u00e1va nemovitosti dle cen\u00edku pak prob\u00edh\u00e1 pro obyvatele objektu tak\u0159ka bez starost\u00ed. Profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed spr\u00e1vce zaji\u0161\u0165uje ve\u0161ker\u00fd servis fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bytov\u00e9ho domu z hlediska administrativy i technick\u00e9ho zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Bere si na starost nap\u0159\u00edklad povinn\u00e9 revize, rekonstrukce objektu, pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 opravy, havarijn\u00ed situace a tak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed polo\u017eky v\u010detn\u011b vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla, dod\u00e1vky vody, spot\u0159ebu elekt\u0159iny ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch atd. Spoluvlastn\u00edci domu pak pouze doch\u00e1z\u00ed na pravideln\u00e9 sch\u016fze SVJ, kde prob\u00edh\u00e1 hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech provozu objektu, ale v z\u00e1sad\u011b je to jedin\u00e1 starost, kterou tu pak lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed. Je-li vykon\u00e1v\u00e1na tato funkce zodpov\u011bdn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee nakonec docela zanedban\u00fd bytov\u00fd d\u016fm za\u010d\u00edt vzkv\u00e9tat a lid\u00e9 si pak budou moci dovolit m\u00edt lep\u0161\u00ed technick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed.
